Propuesta para el aprovechamiento energético en los procesos de producción en las empresas textiles, según las normas ISO 50001 e ISO 14001 | Proposal for the use of energy in production processes in textile companies, according to ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards

Desde la antigüedad se viene trabajando los distintos textiles, considerando los cambios en los diferentes tipos de máquinas o insumos en la vinculación de los procesos de hilado, tejido y acabados, hoy en día, las empresas de textil deberían estar pensando en mejorar los procesos de transferencia de calor, optimizar, minimizar el consumo de energía y la gestión de los residuos sólidos en los procesos de producción textil. De lo último mencionado, es importante resaltar la oportunidad de la organización del sector textil, a partir de la unión de varias empresas, por ejemplo, para lograr obtener la energía deseada a partir de la gestión de los residuos de textil, que puede ser insumo para otros procesos, esto sin olvidar la responsabilidad ambiental, principios y valores éticas energéticos, la sociedad ambiental. Así, el presente trabajo estará en un enfoque propio y de cantidades en la administración del área de proceso y producción en las empresas, mediante los lineamientos a analizar el comportamiento actual y futuro del sector industrial textil en el ISO 50001 e ISO 14001, según el medio ambiental energético y durante sus diferentes procesos, generalmente, será por medio de la cadena de descriptivo y explicativos de cada objetivo específico. Los resultados fueron de un número de 18 empresas industriales textiles en Bogotá y sus alrededores, pero, no se vio los datos en las tecnologías y los residuos textil, por tanto, se presenta unas propuestas ambientales con base a las normas ISO mencionadas y el potencial en diversas perspectivas. En conclusión, las empresas textiles pueden obtener los beneficios de ahorro de energía, eficiencia energética, uso de la energía y la reducción en las emisiones gaseosas atmosféricas, esto se observó de las expuestas para el potencial de progreso en una empresa textil UniHilo en Bogotá.

Since ancient times, different textiles have been worked on, considering the changes in the different types of machines or inputs in the linking of the spinning, weaving and finishing processes. Today, textile companies should be thinking about improving the processes of heat transfer, optimize, minimize energy consumption and solid waste management in textile production processes. From the last mentioned, it is important to highlight the opportunity of the organization of the textile sector, from the union of several companies, for example, to obtain the desired energy from the management of textile waste, which can be an input for other processes, this without forgetting environmental responsibility, energy ethical principles and values, environmental society. Thus, the present work will be on a specific and quantity approach in the administration of the process and production area in companies, through the guidelines to analyze the current and future behavior of the textile industrial sector in ISO 50001 and ISO 14001, according to the energy environment and during its different processes, generally, it will be through the descriptive and explanatory chain of each specific objective. The results were from a number of 18 textile industrial companies in Bogotá and its surroundings, but the data on the technologies and textile waste were not seen, therefore, some environmental proposals are presented based on the aforementioned ISO standards and the potential in various perspectives. In conclusion, textile companies can obtain the benefits of energy savings, energy efficiency, energy use and reduction in atmospheric gaseous emissions, this was observed from those exposed for the potential for progress in a UniHilo textile company in Bogotá.
