The nature of the miskitu language and the main difficulties in Learning It | La naturaleza de la lengua miskita y las principales dificultades para aprenderla

English. The classification of a language can be understood in two different senses.  One can be “genetic” classification: the origin of the language and the other languages with which it shares that origin.  Another sense can be “typological” classification: the type of language it is, and the other languages of the world it resembles.  These two senses are distinct.  Two languages may be genetically related. For example, Spanish and Hinda have many features in common.  On the other hand, we can against languages of the same type, which have the same basic characteristics, but are genetically unrelated. An example of this would be the typological similarities between the Mayan languages of Guatemala and Maxi con and the Berber languages of North Africa. In this article we are going to give the classification of the Miskito in the genetic and typological senses.  In addition to describing the typological characteristics of Miskitu, we will point out some of the main difficulties that a Spanish-speaking adult would have in learning Miskitu as a second language.

Spanish; Castilian. La clasificación de una lengua puede entenderse en dos sentidos diferentes. Uno puede ser la clasificación “genética":  el ori­gen de la lengua y las otras le guas con las que comparte ese origen. Otro sentido puede ser la clasificación “tipológica":  el tipo de lengua que es, y las otras lenguas del mundo a las que se parece.  Estos dos sentidos son distintos.  Dos lenguas pueden es tal relacionadas genéticamente. Por ejemplo, el español y el hin­ da tienen muchos rasgos en con aún. Por otro lado, podemos en contra lenguas del mismo tipo, que tienen las mismas caracteres­ ticas básicas, pero que genética­ mente no están emparentadas. Ejemplo de eso serían las seme­ jancas tipológicas entre las le guas mayas de Guatemala y Maxi­ con y las lenguas bereberes del norte de África. En este artículo vamos a esta dar la clasificación del misquito en los sentidos genético y tipo­ lógico. Además de describir las características tipológicas del misquito, señalaremos algunas de las principales dificultades que tendría un hispanoparlante adul­ ti en el aprendizaje del misquito como segunda lengua.
