Diseño de una ruta turística de aventura en la parroquia Cañi, cantón Colta, provincia de Chimborazo.

La presente investigación propone: diseñar una ruta turística de aventura en la parroquia Cañi, cantón Colta, provincia de Chimborazo, mediante un estudio aplicativo no experimental usando técnicas de investigación bibliográfica y de campo. Para el diseño se realizó: el inventario de los diferentes atractivos naturales y culturales de la parroquia dando como resultado 28 atractivos de jerarquía I y II, de los cuales 15 pertenecen a Atractivos Naturales y 13 a Manifestaciones Culturales; se seleccionó los atractivos con potencialidad para la práctica de deportes de aventura de cicloturismo, cabalgata, canyoning, parapente y kayaking lacustre y fueron evaluados y jerarquizados utilizando criterios técnicos obteniendo grados de dificultad de media y difícil. En el estudio de mercado se analizó la situación actual del sistema turístico oferta – demanda estableciendo que existe aceptación en desarrollar actividades de turismo de aventura. El diseño técnico de la ruta propone la oferta de dos paquetes turísticos competitivos y sostenibles que integran la oferta de los atractivos, servicios y actividades. Se define además estrategias para la promoción y comercialización del producto a través del marketing mix; la figura legal administrativa que se determinó para la operación del producto fue una Asociación bajo el amparo de la Ley de Economía Popular y Solidara; el estudio ambiental se evaluó con la aplicación de la metodología de la matriz de Lázaro Lagos misma que determina el impacto positivo y negativo, para los impactos negativos se elaboró el plan de manejo ambiental. El estudio económico financiero determinó que la implementación del producto es rentable dado que alcanza una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 43%, un valor actual neto (VAN) de $246.092, 66, la relación beneficio costo (RBC) es $2,57 y el periodo de recuperación del capital (PRC) está entre el segundo y tercer año.

The present research aims to design an adventure tourism route in Cañi village, Colta Canton, Chimborazo province, through a non-experimental applied study using bibliographic and field research techniques. For the design, an inventory was made of the different natural and cultural of attractions of the village getting 28 attractions of hierarchy I and II, which 15 belong to Natural Attractions and 13 to Cultural events. The attractions with potential practice in adventure sports such as cycling, horseback riding, canyoning, paragliding and paragliding were selected and evaluated, using technical criteria, obtaining degrees of medium difficulty. On the other hand, the market study analyzed the current situation of the tourism system with its supply and demand, establishing that there is acceptance in the development of adventure tourism activities. The technical design of the route proposes the offer of two competitive and sustainable tourism packages. that integrate the offer of attractions, services, and activities. It also defines strategies for the promotion and commercialization of the product through the marketing mix, but the administrative legal figure determined for the operation of the product was an association under the protection of the Popular and Solidarity Economy Law. The environmental study was evaluated with the application of the Lazaro Lagos methodology matrix, which determines the positive and negative impact, while for the negative impacts the environmental management plan created. To sum, the economic-financial study determined that the implementation of the product is profitable, given an internal rate of return (IRR) of 43%, a net present value (NPV) of $246,092.66, the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) is $2.57, and the payback period (CRP) is between the second and third year.
