Determinación de la pendiente mínima en la rehabilitación de los colectores secundarios de alcantarillado por el método sin zanja (Pipe Bursting)

En la presente investigación se verificó la variación de pendientes en la rehabilitación de los colectores secundarios de alcantarillado por el método con zanja y sin zanja (Pipe Bursting) estático y dinámico, durante la ejecución de obra del proyecto: “Optimización de Sistemas de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado, Sectorización, Rehabilitación de Redes y Actualización de Catastro-Área de Influencia Planta Huachipa – Área de Drenaje Oquendo, Sinchi Roca, Puente Piedra y Sectores 84, 83, 85 y 212 – Lima” Lima Norte II; en el Sector 83B, las zonas 5 y 6, mediante la evaluación de los tramos rehabilitados en función de su operatividad. Durante la investigación se identificó los problemas presentados durante la rehabilitación de los colectores por el método convencional y sin zanja (Pipe Bursting) Estático y Dinámico, y se evidenció las acciones correctivas empleadas para cada problema presentado. De los resultados obtenidos de la evaluación estructural, hidráulica y de mantenimiento de los tramos rehabilitados por la tecnología sin zanja (Pipe Bursting Dinámico) mayores a 50m, de diámetros de 200mm y con pendientes menores a 8.8m/km, se verificó que cumplen con los parámetros hidráulicos; sin embargo, presentaron desalineamiento vertical por las siguientes causas: El efecto del estallido en el entorno circundante, tuberías existentes en pésimo estado y con fisuras, la característica mecánica (flexible) de la tubería de polietileno y por no considerar dentro del proceso constructivo una prueba de nivelación en la ventana que se apertura para el ingreso y salida del buzón, y que la parte inferior de la tubería quede al ras de la media caña del buzón. Esto ocasionó problemas de operación y mantenimiento en aquellos colectores, que posteriormente fueron corregidos. Por otra parte, respecto a la evaluación de los tramos rehabilitados por el método convencional o tecnología sin zanja (Pipe Bursting) Estático, no presentaron ningún problema de incidencias ni empozamientos, debido a que en su proceso constructivo se consideró mantener la alineación de la tubería rehabilitada.

In the present investigation, the variation of slopes in the rehabilitation of secondary sewerage collectors was verified by the method with trench and without trench (Pipe Bursting) static and dynamic, during the execution of the work of the project: "Optimization of Drinking Water Systems and Sewerage, Sectorization, Rehabilitation of Networks and Updating of Cadastre-Huachipa Plant Area of Influence – Oquendo Drainage Area, Sinchi Roca, Puente Piedra and Sectors 84, 83, 85 and 212 – Lima” Lima Norte II; in Sector 83B, zones 5 and 6, by evaluating the rehabilitated sections based on their operability. During the investigation, the problems presented during the rehabilitation of the collectors by the conventional method and without trench (Pipe Bursting) Static and Dynamic were identified, and the corrective actions used for each problem presented were evidenced. From the results obtained from the structural, hydraulic and maintenance evaluation of the sections rehabilitated by trenchless technology (Dynamic Pipe Bursting) greater than 50m, with diameters of 200mm and with slopes less than 8.8m/km, it was verified that they comply with hydraulic parameters; however, they presented vertical misalignment for the following reasons: The effect of the bursting on the surrounding environment, existing pipes in poor condition and with cracks, the mechanical (flexible) characteristic of the polyethylene pipe and for not considering a test within the construction process. leveling at the entrance and exit of the mailbox, and that the bottom of the pipe is flush with the half-round of the mailbox. This caused operation and maintenance problems in those collectors, which were later corrected. On the other hand, regarding the evaluation of the sections rehabilitated by the conventional method or technology without trench (Pipe Bursting) Static, they did not present any problem of incidents or ponding.
