Simulación y análisis de la medición de la respuesta en frecuencia para máquinas eléctricas
2020
Martin Lozano, Miguel Angel | Platero Gaona, Carlos Antonio
The production of electrical energy is closely linked to the growth and well-being of the inhabitants of a country. As a consequence of this factor, the development and expansion of electrical systems is an inevitable constant that requires quality and safety standards. In order to fulfill these instructions, it is necessary to have a maintenance capable of preventing an electrical failure and planning a repair or a replacement of the equipment. Frequency response analysis is an accurate measurement and diagnostic technique that checks the structural condition of an electrical machine, advising any internal malfunction or mismatch in its windings. Although this comparative method has been widely used for power transformers, it has not been used for rotary machines. In this Master Thesis, frequency response analysis’ tests are carried out with an equivalent circuit based on connected quadrupoles in series. These simulations required the development of two applications using MATLAB with a view to compare them with measurements of a pole of a hydrogenerator taken at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
