Informe tecnologías de baja ó 0 emisiones para BREEAM de bloque de viviendas en San Sebastián de los Reyes

En la actualidad el concepto de eficiencia energética es cada vez más usado y más importante debido a los problemas que afrontamos desde hace tiempo por el calentamiento global y resto de impactos negativos sobre este planeta causados en mayor o menor medida por el hombre. Por ello se hizo necesario el tomar una nueva dirección y reducir el impacto que tenemos en el medio ambiente y puede hacerse por ejemplo con lo que será objeto de este trabajo de fin de master, que es el certificado de construcción sostenible BREEAM. Con este certificado se hace ver que un edificio cumple con una serie de requisitos, todos ellos relacionados con el respeto al medio ambiente y la concienciación con los problemas que causan ciertos aspectos como las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero. En este trabajo realizaremos el cálculo energético de un edificio (bloque de viviendas) situado en San Sebastián de los Reyes utilizando el programa CypeTherm HE Plus para obtener los valores actuales de emisiones de CO2. Este programa ha sido aprobado recientemente por el Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica para realizar este tipo de cálculos y para certificar edificios. Después de conocer estos valores realizaremos el informe B0C para BREEAM sobre tecnologías de bajas emisiones. En este informe se exponen las tecnologías energéticas actualmente instaladas en el edificio y sus emisiones de CO2, y posteriormente se proponen diferentes mejoras o tecnologías alternativas para reducir las emisiones del edificio en un porcentaje lo más alto posible, para obtener la puntuación necesaria en esta parte de la certificación. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Today the concept of energy efficiency is increasingly used and more important because of the problems we have been facing for a long time about global warming and other negative impacts on this planet caused to a greater or lesser extent by man. Therefore, it was necessary to take a new direction and reduce the impact we have on the environment and can be done for example with what will be the subject of this work of end of Master, which is the certificate of sustainable construction BREEAM. With this certificate it is made to see that a building meets a series of requirements, all of them related to the respect to the environment and the awareness with the problems that cause things like the emissions of greenhouse effect. In this work we will make the energy calculation of a building (block of flats) located in San Sebastián de los Reyes using the program CypeTherm he Plus to obtain the current values of CO2. This program has recently been approved by the Ministry to perform this type of calculations and to certify buildings. After knowing these values, we will carry out the INFORME B0C report for BREEAM on low emission technologies. This report sets out the energy technologies currently installed in the building and its CO2, and then we propose different improvements or alternative technologies to reduce the emissions of the building in a percentage as high as possible, to obtain the necessary score in this part of the certification.
