Beurteilung von Wirkungskomponenten neuer Phytophthora-Fungizide auf der Basis von Modelluntersuchungen | Evaluation of details about the efficacy of new Phytophthora fungicides based on bioassay methods

Die Wirkung der neuen Phytophthora-Fungizide Acrobat Plus (Dimethomorph + Mancozeb ), Shirlan (Fluazinam) und Tattoo (Propamocarb + Mancozeb) wurde im Vergleich zu Standardpräparaten (Ridomil MZ, Sandofan M, Dithane Ultra und Brestan 60) im Modellversuch unter Verwendung eines phenylamidsensitiven Pathotyps von Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary an Tomatenpflanzen geprüft. Die Untersuchungsbedingungen gestatteten ein Zerlegen der Gesamtwirkung in die Wirkungskomponenten protektive und kurative Wirkung, in die Wirkung nach Einfluß von Regen und in die Wirkungsdauer. Im Ergebnis der Untersuchungen konnte eine Wertung der einzelnen Wirkungskomponenten der Präparate vorgenommen werden. Die Versuchsdaten stellen die Grundlage für die Simulierung der Fungizidwirkung im Phytophthora-Prognosemodell SIMPHYT II dar.

A series of glasshouse and laboratory experiments was conducted to compare the biological attributes of the new fungicides Acrobat Plus (Dimethomorph + Mancozeb), Shirlan (Fluazinam) and Tattoo (Propamocarb + Mancozeb) with other commercial products for the control of Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary. Criteria used to compare compounds were: protectant and curative activity, persistence of disease control aud rainfastness. Detached leaves of tomato test plants were inoculated with a acylanilide-sensitive pathotype l .2.3.4.5.6.7.8.10. 11. of P. infestans. The zoosporangia suspension contained 100 000 sporangia per ml water. The results of the expeiiments allowed an evaluation of the preparations effectiveness. In addition to that, the results obtained are nsed to simulate the fungicidal effect on Jate blight of potatoes in the forecasting model SIMPHYT II.
