In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden L-Carnitin, Kreatin, N-Glucane, Seltene Erden sowie Mykotoxin-Detoxifikationsmittel hinsichtlich ihrer Wirksamkeit als Futterzusatzstoffe diskutiert. Dabei werden insbesondere die Kriterien, die zum Nachweis der Wirksamkeit herangezogen wurden, im Hinblick auf den Verwendungszweck und den Wirkmechanismus des Futterzusatzstoffes kritisch hinterfragt.
