A program for estimation of number and survival of a population, given a series of tag release/recapture data.

A computer program for convenient storage of tag release/recapture data is given. The program provides a facility to combine yearclasses if release/recapture are split into yearclasses. One estimate of number and three different estimates of survival are printed as output. Tables of release/recaptures of tags in different years and absolute and relative tagging densitites together with a table of catch statistics are also given. The program is interactive and presupposes no knowlegde of programming.
