Caracterización de suelo mediante la técnica de cromatografía en papel en las terrazas agroecológicas del campus ceasa-UTC 2023.

The present investigation was carried out at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Campus Salache, the objective is to characterize the soil through the technique of chromatography on paper, for the fulfillment of the objective it was supported by three levels of vegetation (Low), (Medium) and ( High). It was investigated through the methodology established by Rivera, 2011 where thirty-nine soil samples were collected, three per terrace in a zig zag shape and classified by level of vegetation, to verify the validity of the chromatographic result on paper, samples of soil by level of vegetation and were analyzed at the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INIAP), with the established results of (INIAP) and paper chromatographies presented, it can be analyzed that the soil with a low level of vegetation, there is presence of destroyed soils, an abundance of organic fertilizers not decomposed and very feasible in organic nitrogen; medium level in vegetation, there is a destroyed soil without organic matter, presence of isolated minerals and absence of biological and enzymatic activity that beneficial microorganisms for our crops disappear; high level of vegetation, a good presence can be observed in relation to organic matter and a low percentage of fertilizers, on the terraces with good plant cover use of non-decomposed organic fertilizers is observed, isolated minerals unrelated to the little organic matter that disappears Enzymatic activity, shows, handling without machinery, with poor structure, shows mummification of organic matter, soil amendments are not being used correctly, a temporary production system, with beginnings of degradation, saturation and mummification of organic matter.

La presente investigación se realizó en la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, Campus Salache, el objetivo es caracterizar el suelo mediante la técnica de cromatografía en papel, para el cumplimiento del objetivo se apoyó en tres niveles de vegetación (Bajo), (Medio) y (Alto). Se investigo a través de la metodología establecida por Rivera, 2011 donde se recolecto treinta y nueve muestras de suelo, tres por terraza en forma de zig zag y clasificar por nivel de vegetación, para verificar la valides del resultado cromatográfico en papel se tomó muestras de suelo por nivel de vegetación y se analizaron en el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (INIAP), con los resultados establecidos del (INIAP) y cromatografías en papel presentados se puede analizar que el suelo con nivel bajo en vegetación, existe presencia de suelos destruidos, una abundancia de abonos orgánicos no descompuesto y muy factibles en nitrógeno orgánico; nivel medio en vegetación, existe un suelo destruido sin materia orgánica, presencia de minerales aislados y ausencia de actividad biológica y enzimática que desaparecen los microorganismos benéficos para nuestros cultivos; nivel alto en vegetación, se puede observar buena presencia en relación a la materia orgánica y un porcentaje bajo de fertilizantes, en las terrazas con buena cobertura vegetal se observa uso de abonos orgánicos no descompuestos, minerales aislados sin relación con la poca materia orgánica que desaparece la actividad enzimática, muestra, un manejo sin maquinaria, con mala estructura, muestra momificación de la materia orgánica, las enmiendas de suelo no se están utilizando correctamente, un sistema de producción temporal, con inicios de degradación, la saturación y momificación de materia orgánica
