In the literature review of this final work, overview the administration system of Lithuania, cadastral and registry laws and other legislation which regulating the real estate cadastral, requirements of cadastral data file preparation and laser scanning and BIM models. In this work are collected cadastral data of three different buildings and engineering structures, which conducted a comparative analysis of the emerged problem and distinguished setting of cadastral data. An engineering structure was made the completion of building and control. The object of research was chosen the three different uses of the buildings: living three or more dwelling house, warehouse, wash and engineering networks – domestic wastewater engineering network of the wash. Final goal: to identify cadastral data of buildings and civil engineering network and perform their investigation. The results were obtained by analysing and summarizing the buildings cadastral data, setting and revising documents, exploring the buildings and engineering networks cadastral progress of measurements and problems. Also, evaluating the completion of the construction by a given case the governing documents and evaluating cadastral measurements control result of the construction. This barchelor’s work consists of: 48 pages, 13 illustrations and 6 tables. Also, used 19 information sources and included 8 drawings.
