En este trabajo se realizó un ejercicio de tipo administrativo, con el fin de mejorar la situación de una explotación agropecuaria y hacerla más competitiva, proyectando estrategias que se deben realizar en un tiempo determinado y de esta forma obtener resultados a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Para lograr este objetivo se utilizaron herramientas que manejamos los médicos veterinarios, y otras herramientas administrativas que debemos empezar a manejar, como lo son: Análisis DOFA, matriz de impactos, matriz de dependencia, y proyecciones a tiempo futuro. Como resultado del ejercicio se logra establecer una serie de estrategias que marcan el curso de la empresa en el futuro.
Show more [+] Less [-]This essay shows an effort of an administrative escercise, in order to improve the general situation of an agricultural industry and transform it in a more competitive one, designing estrategies which must be applicated in a specific time, in this way the industry will get results in short, and long time. To achieve this goal must be used some veterinarian tools, and other administrative tools that veterinarians must begin to use, like: DOFA analisys, impact matrix, dependencys matrix, and projects to the future. As a result of the exercise could get a group of strategies which shows the way to the future of the industry.
