Manejo agronómico de un sistema productivo de aguacate (Persea americana var. Lorena) en la vereda El Placer, municipio Uribe-Meta

Este trabajo se llevó a cabo en el municipio de Uribe, en el departamento del Meta, y consta de cuatro componentes: el componente agronómico, el componente investigativo, el componente social y el componente de empresarización del campo. En el componente agronómico, se realizó el manejo y sostenimiento agronómico de un sistema productivo de aguacate (Persea americana var. Lorena) de cuatro años de establecido. Cabe resaltar que, con el manejo de plagas, se logró controlar significativamente la afectación foliar del cultivo por parte de la hormiga arriera (Atta sp.) y obtener un mayor porcentaje de frutos de aguacate de categoría I. Por otro lado, se realizó la fertilización del cultivo teniendo en cuenta el análisis de suelo, los requerimientos del cultivo y la capacidad financiera del productor. Para el componente de investigación, se evaluó el impacto que ha tenido sobre los productores de la zona la Ley 2111 de 2021 (con énfasis en el artículo 330), demostrando mediante una encuesta que dicha ley ha afectado negativamente los costos de producción.

This work was carried out in the municipality of Uribe, in the department of Meta, which consists of four components: agronomic component, research component, social component, and field entrepreneurship component. In the agronomic component, the agronomic management and support of a four-year-old avocado (Persea americana var. Lorena) production system were carried out. It is worth highlighting that pest management significantly controlled foliar damage to the crop caused by the leafcutter ant (Atta sp.) and achieved a higher percentage of category I avocado fruits. On the other hand, the fertilization of the crop was carried out considering soil analysis, crop requirements, and the financial capacity of the producer. For the research component, an evaluation was conducted on the impact of Law 2111 of 2021 on producers in the area (with emphasis on article 330), demonstrating through a survey that this law has negatively affected production costs.
