English. The report on the pregnancy rates of frozen-thawed bovine embryos in 94 heads of recipient was 52.1%. There was a higher survival rates of cryopreserved embryos in a group of heifer compared to cows (72.9 vs 38.9). The success rates of transferring embryo in morula stage was higher than blastocyst and expand blastocyst respectively (64.7, 50.0 and 31.2).
Show more [+] Less [-]Thai. จากการย้ายฝากตัวอ่อนแช่เย็นจัดและอัตราการติดตั้งท้องในโคนม จำนวน 4 ตัว พบว่ามีอัตราการติดตั้งท้องทั้งหมด 52.1% โดยมีอัตราการติดตั้งท้องในกลุ่มตัวรับที่เป็นโคปกหสาวโฮลสไตน์ฟรีเชียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มตัวรับซึ่งเป็นแม่โคพันธุ์ผสม (72.9 vs 38.6) และพบว่าตัวอ่อนระยะ Morrula มีอัตราการติดตั้งท้องดีกว่าระยะ Blastocyst และ Expand Blastocyst (64.7, 50.0 และ 31.2) ตามลำดับ
