In Vitro and In Vivo Propagation of Chlorophytum undulatum Wall | การขยายพันธุ์ต้นลิงแลวในสภาพปลอดเชื้อ และในสภาพโรงเรือน

English. An in vitro  production of Chlorophytum undulatum Wall. has been established. It was found that culturing pseudostem explants on modified MS medium without any growth regulator produced 1.30 shoots/explant within 1 month. Explants on the same medium + 0.5 mg/l Thidiazuron (TDZ) produced 2.25 shoots/explant. Continuously culturing explants on media supplemented with TDZ for 5 months, with 1 month interval of subculturing onto fresh medium, gave the highest yield of 2.80 shoots/explant. However, continuously culturing on media with TDZ for more than 5 months lowered the number of shoots to 2.41 shoots/explant at month 7. A study on different in vivo media components was also carried out.  It was found that plants in loamy soil + sand + charred rice husk, 1:1:1 ratio, had the highest height, leaf width, and leaf length i.e. 17.03, 2.11 and 11.30 cm, respectively. Plants in loamy soil or loamy soil + cow manure, 1:1 ratio, produced the highest number of shoot, 4.14 shoots in 2 months.

Thai. การผลิตต้นลิงแลว (Chlorophylum undulatum Wall.) ในสภาพปลอดเชื้อ พบว่าการเลี้ยงชิ้นส่วนต้นลิงแลวในอาหาร MS ดัดแปลง ที่ไม่เติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโตเป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน สามารถผลิตต้นได้เฉลี่ย 1.30 ต้น/ชิ้นส่วน ในขณะที่ชิ้นส่วนต้นที่เลี้ยงในอาหารสูตรเดียวกันที่เติม  TDZ ที่ระดับ 0.5 มก/ล สามารถผลิตต้นได้เฉลี่ย 2.25 ต้น/ชิ้นส่วน การเลี้ยงชิ้นส่วนต้นในอาหารที่มี TDZ ติดต่อกันเป็นระยะเวลา 5 เดือน โดยมีการตัดย้ายต้นลงในอาหารใหม่ทุก 1 เดือน พบว่าสามารถผลิตต้นลิงแลวได้สูงสุด  2.80 ต้น/ชิ้นส่วน แต่หากเลี้ยงในอาหารที่มี TDZ ติดต่อกันนานกว่า 5 เดือน ทำให้จำนวนต้นมีแนวโน้มลดลง โดยในเดือนที่ 7 เกิดต้นเพียง 2.41 ต้น/ชิ้นส่วน ส่วนการศึกษาวัสดุปลูกที่เหมาะสมต่อการเจริญของต้นลิงแลวในสภาพโรงเรือน ทำโดยนำต้นลิงแลวมาปลูกในวัสดุปลูกที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่าดินร่วนผสมทรายผสมขี้เถ้าแกลบในอัตราส่วน 1:1:1 ทำให้ลิงแลวมีความสูงต้น ความกว้างใบ ความยาวใบมากที่สุด คือ 17.03, 2.11 และ 11.30 ซม. ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ดินร่วนหรือดินร่วนผสมขี้วัวในอัตราส่วน 1:1 ทำให้ลิงแลวมีจำนวนต้นต่อกอสูงสุด คือ 4.14 ต้น ในเวลา 2 เดือน
