International trade in tractors

Tractors are the most important means for increasing labour productivity in plant production and therefore have become the central source and power. Production and international trade by number and power spectrum of tractors illustrate to what degree different countries in their choice of work procedure make use of the possibilities connected with motorization. An analysis of the international tractor trade shows that by far the greatest portion of tractor trade takes part between industrialized countries. The portion of tractors in these countries however is decreasing owing to the erection of tractor works in the developing countries.
