Charges of the content of auxins in the dormant radish seeds (Raphanus sativus L.)

This study was to examine the changes of the content of auxin in the dormant radish seeds. Endogenous hormones of radish seeds were analyzed by Avena test, PC, TLC and HPLC when the seeds were dormant and non-dormant. Authors have taken considerable exidence that auxin levels rise with the increase of germination %; much more tryptophan, IBA and IAA in non-dormant seeds than dormant seeds
