A study on the organal distribution and seasonal fluctuation of infestation of 9 cestode parasites was carried out from December, 1981 to November, 1982. Cestodes from stomach, anterior and posterior intestine of two freshwater catfiches (Clarias batrachus and Heteropneustes fossilis) were identified. Parasites showed abundance in summer and rainy seasons in Bangladesh
