Surface topography of the adults of Setaria cervi (Nematoda: Filarioidea) in buffaloes

The surface morphology of adult stage of Setaria cervi was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results compare with those reported earlier by various investigators using light microscopy. However, some morphological features mentioned here are revealed uniquely by SEM in finer details. These include amphid, deirid and phasmidial pore of adult worms
