Least number of pods damaged by all the three pod borers were recorded in fenvalerate 0.01% + miraculan followed by fenvalerate 0.01% alone. Endosulfan 0.07% miraculan, endosulfan 0.07%, monocrotophos 0.04% + miraculan and monocrotophos 0.04% were found as the next best treatments in order of their merit of insecticidal toxicity. Pooled data of grain yield also indicated that fenvalerate 0.01% + miraculan gave the highest yield (8.57 q/ha) followed by monocrotophos 0.04% + miraculan (8.31 q/ha), fenvalerate 0.01% (8.27 q/ha), monocrotophos 0.04% (7.38 q/ha) and endosulfan 0.07% + miraculan (7.27 q/ha)
