Fattening intensity effect on the concentration of creatine, creatinine and phosphorus in the blood serum and meat of young bulls

Investigations were carried out on 60 bulls of the Lowland Black-and-White breed, aging 6, 9 and 12 months fattened with different intensity. It has been proved that creatine content in the blood serum was significantly higher in bulls, fattened most intensively. With increasing the fattening intensity the creatine content of meat decreases, but not the creatinine and phosphorus content. An increase of serum creatine concentration with age of bulls and a decrease of the serum phosphorus concentration has been proved
