Attempt at measuring the content of nutritive components in potato bulbs with help of ultrasounds

The results of experiment were analysed in order to determine correlation coefficients and formulate the regression equation of the content of potato bulb nutritive components in relation to ultrasound wave velocity. They proved that there was a direct correlation between the content of starch and velocity of ultrasound waves going through potato bulbs
