The content of exo- and andogenic amino acids of tubers was studied in 23 potato cultivars. The highest differences between the cultivars were in the content of phenylalanine, lysine, agrinine and glutamic acid, and the smallest differences were in the content of leucine, thyrosine, glycine and alanine.
