Productive potential of Bromus unioloides [cultivar Una]

The Bromus unioloides yield under plot conditions amounted to about 14.6 of dry matter per ha and was on average by 15% higher than that obtained from Bromus inermis sowings. The qualitative changes in content of carbohydrates and lignins were recorded as well as of nitrogen nitrate and concentration of silicon and of calcium forms. The higher content of soluble sugars was characteristic for Bromus unioloides as compared with Bromus inermis (by 45%)
