It was found that the combined mineral-organic fertilizing of meadows resulted in the increase of green matter yield by 50 q per ha. The nutritive value of forage was also slightly better. Feeding these forages caused a little decrease of milk yield. The content of total protein, casein and phosphorus was significantly higher but the nitrates and urea lower and renneting time shorter in the milk of cows fed grass fertilized with a mixture of mineral fertilizer and liquid manure comparing to the milk of cows given forages of grass fertilized with the same dose of all-mineral nitrogen
