Studies were conducted on 8 strains of Rhizobium e.g. S3, S5, S7, S8, S9, S13, S14 and S15 collected from yard long bean grown in Supanburi. The result showed that every strain of Rhizobium enhanced the plant growth. Rhizobium S5 and S15 strains show better average plant height, dry weight and number of nodules than other strains, but both strains did not show better efficiency than KNO3 treatment
