Recultivation of the damaged soil of the Kolubara coal mine and the possibilities for agricultural production [Yugoslavia]

The study brings the results of the 4th year investigation (1981) in recultivation the barren land as substrate for agricultural production with fertilizer application and crop selection in crop rotation (swede like rape, wheat, barley, potato and maize). Three following treatments of fertilizations are applied: 1) 55kg N, P2O5 and K2O/ha 2) 110kg N, P2O5 and K2O/ha 3) 165kg N/ha and 110kg P2O5 and K2O/ha. Top dressing is made with calcium-ammoniumnitrate (27%N) and by following treatments: 1) 10kg N/ha 2) 20kg N/ha 3) 30kg N/ha. Between the 1st and the 2nd treatments is established the 2nd degree of importance of fertilizer effect to brewer's barley yield, so as between treatments 2 and 3 (although the difference of these treatment effects in previous years was somewhat weaker). The 3rd degree of importance of treatment effect to crop yield is between the 1st and the 3rd treatment. The 2nd degree of effect importance is established between the 1st and the 2nd treatment on the wheat yield, so as between the 1st and the 3rd treatment. In all treatments is established the 2nd degree of treatment effect on swede like rape yield. The yield of this crop was not big because it was not fitted in to crop rotation, but later it was inseminated). The importance of effect between the 1st and the 2nd treatment on the potato yield is of 2nd degree; between the 2nd and the 3rd treatment is of the 1st degree. Statistically, the results shows the 2nd degree of importance of the 2nd and the 3rd treatment effect on the maize yield in correlation to the 1st treatment.
