On the basis of facts from literature and of his own experiences in investigation, the author formulates the productive and economic model of agricultural production in region that insures the optimal solutions, taking into account a great number of productive factors and their relations in the scope of available resources. It is possible to examine by model the influences of different kinds of factors on agricultural production development. The model is easy to modify, and by the process of linear programme optimalisation optimal solutions are derived which give the quantifications of influence of some factors on results of production. The model is easy to transform into parameter shape limitation, or of criterion function, which gives greater number of optimal solutions in relation to the number of investigated parameter changes.
