This article deals with the application of the method of two distribution functions to the agricultural real estates appraisal. The real estate market value in two areas of the province of Valladolid is obtained when both the market and chosen characteristic values (income in ptas/ha) follow normal, beta and triangular distributions. Finally, the results obtained by applying the above methods are compared
