Correlation of nitrogen content in plant at various stages of crop growth with grain yield in sorghum

During summer season, nitrogen content was positively correlated with grain yield from 20th to 90th day and was significant from 50 to 90 day period. As the nitrogen content in the plant increased it resulted in increase in grain yield. N percentage of leaf, stem and ear had significant positive correlation with grain weight/plant
