Identification of strains of Ps. aeruginosa isolated from human and animal clinical specimens were studied. Serotyping of these isolates as well as factors of pathogenicity were performed. Results showed that most of the strains gave high percentage with different enzymes, where the Alkaline phosphatase was unstable in its occurrence
