This study is a survey of Gastro intestinal helminths of goats in Baghdad. Twenty four species of helminths were found in this study . The results of experimental mixed infection of goats with 20,000 infective larvae per animal showed: Decrease in Pcv., Hb, RBC, McHc and increase in MCV, and decrease in total serum proteins, albumin and increase in globulin, also, increase in serum Na and decrease in K, Ca electrolytes and decrease in weight gain of experimentally infected goats
