Effect of the hop cones harvest date on the content of alphaacids

The Lubelski, Estera and Northern Brewer hop varieties were tested. Ten harvest dates at 3-day intervals were assumed. All the varieties analysed were characterized by the content of alphaacids at belated harvest, the content being more distinct in the Northern Brewer variety than in the remaining ones
