Effect of rapeseed meal in the diet on the milk yield and composition

The experimental material comprised 62 cows divided into 4 groups. The ration, containing 1.5 kg of rapeseed meal, was offered to cows during 1 - 50, 51 -100 or 1 - 100 days of lactation. An addition of rape seed meal in the ration for cows exerted a certain influence on increase of the milk yield and drop of the fat content when rape seed meal was given from 1 to 100 days of lactation
