This was a study of Sulfamonomethoxine action by injection via intravenous and subcutaneous routes into cattle with a dosage of 40 mg/kg body weight. It was found that Sulfamonomethoxine was excreted within 24 hours. The half-life of the first compartment value was 1.5 hours and the final compartment value was 12 hours. Having intravenous injection, the drug concentration was above 5 mg (minimum effective concentration), for an hour, while the drug concentration was between 1-2 mg by the subcutaneous injection. The result showed that Sulfamonomethoxine was not suitable for treatment of cattle disease because of two reasons, the fast excretion and low concentration of the drug. Though the drug was added twice, it was still ineffective
