Germplasm types collected and their locations in Ghana are outlined. Collections were made from farms, fields, backyard gardens, farm stores, markets and from the wild. The plant materials include seeds, fruits, and vegetative materials like tubers and cuttings. All germplasm collected were characterised and evaluated, and the seeds stored at -10 deg C.
