The publication gives guidelines on cattle farming in Ghana. The types of cattle available for farming include the Dwarf Shorthorn, the N'Dama, Zebu, and some exotic breeds which are obtainable from research stations, the universities and from some private cattle farmers. The criteria required for such a farm include choice of site, animals, feeds and feeding and good management practices
