The study of chemical characteristics of fruit of some black currant cultivars

The content of soluble dry substances, glucose, fructose, saccharose, the total acids and pH value with black cranberry fruits has been investigated. Fruit samples have been taken from the black cranberry experimental plantations of Fruit growing institute in Cacak (Yugoslavia). Experimental plantations have been planted on 3 localities over the south-western Serbia (Yugoslavia).
