Comparative investigations of brandy composition of plum cultivars Stanley and Pozegaca

Investigation of the chemical composition in distillates of the plum sorts- "Stanley" and "Pozegaca" show that there exist significant differences especially in the content of the hydrocyanic acid, organic acids (in the form of the total involatile and volatile acids), ethers, methanol, extract and copper.
