Some hormone identified in biogas fertilizer solution

The present paper reports that biogas fertilizer solution contains gibberellin (GA3) and auxin (IAA) substances. The conclusion is based on the experiments which consist of two steps: First to recover, separate and purify plant hormone substances from biogas fertilizer solution by organic solvent; then to identify by some methods, such as paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectra, fluorescent spectra and bean sprouts zigzag etc.
