The results showed that supplementation with 4 amino acids of 40% copra meal diet improved significantly (P.05) average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of pigs as compared to copra meal diet without and with two or three amino acids supplementation. The ADG, FCR and feeding days of pigs on CLMThT (all four amino acids) diet improved by 26.5., 25.5 and 26% over the pigs fed copra meal diet without amino acid supplementation. The hogs on CLMThT diet had significantly (P.05) larger loin eye area and higher lean cut yield as compared to those fed C (40% copra meal). Moreover, growth performance, loin eye area and lean cut yield of the pigs on CLMThT diet were comparable to those fed corn-soy diet. The pigs on CLMThT diet had significantly (P.05) lower leaf fat than did those on the other treatment. However, the pigs on copra meal diets had significantly (P.05) firmer fat than did those fed corn-soy diet.
