In the experiment, carried out with 300 Red-and-White cows, the milk yield as well as milking ability in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lactation had been determined. The milk yield and fat and protein content in milk of crossbred cows was higher than those of Polish Red-and-White cows. The crossbreds were characterized by a better milking ability
