Parasitic nematodes are one of the most numerous group of soil pest insects. They attack the root system of host plants. The relationships between nematodes and some fungi, bacteria, and viruses have been discussed. In some complex diseases of trees and shrubs nematodes are very active. One can suppose that the number of complex diseases of trees and shrubs is much higher than it is shown and therefore it would be advisable to carry out the studies on that problem. Some knowledge on the interaction of between soil pathogens and the nematodes will help to find a complex method for control of seedlings against diseases and soil pests
