Tobacco wastes left after tobacco processing and manufacturing are the basic material for the production of tobacco foils. The tobacco waste quality depends on its physical and chemical characteristics and above all on the content of mineral matters and other impurities that should occur in the lowest quantity. The high-quality tobacco foil finds its place in mixtures of Yugoslav cigarettes.
