Qualitative analysis of anthocyanins in the fruits of seedlings obtained by crossing some sour sherry cultivars

By the application of thin-layer chromatography there has been carried out a qualitative analysis of anthocyan in fruits of parental sour cherry varieties Heimanns Konservenweichsel, Koeroeser Weichsel, Richmorency, 254 seedlings from the progeny Koeroeser Weichsel X Heimanns Konservenweichsel and 35 seedlings from the progeny Heimanns Konservenweichsel X Richmorency. Fruits of the parental varieties Koeroeser Weichsel and Richmorency contain 2 anthocyans, fruits of the Heimanns Konservenweichsel contain 4 anthocyans while fruits of the seedlings contain 1-5 anthocyans.
