Effect of sowing date on the intensity of disease occurrence, yield and oil content in sunflowers

Investigation of 7 sowing times in 2 sunflowers proved their effect upon the intensity of disease occurrence, height of yield and oil content. The leaf spot i.e. percentage of the damaged leaves as well as the number of wilted plants were regularly heigher in early than in late sowing times.
