180 measurements are made to define the rate per minute of milk extraction (bebit du lait) from every cow. The rate of the extraction of milk is defined by the biophysical condition of the udder, influenced by the initial quantity of milk deposited and the squeezing action of the oxitocine, mainly in the first three minutes of milking. The greatest quantity of milk is extracted by hand or by mechanized means
