[The traces of mercury in the foodstuff of poultry and in their organisms]

The determination of traces of mercury has been carried out by substoichiometric isotope dilution analysis. The mercury content in analysed biological materials is within the levels accepted as environmental pollution. Attention has been drawn to higher level of mercury found in fish flour, on which a systematic control has been recommended
