Among the main purposes of the company management are self financing ability and competitiveness. Keeping the marketability needs rentability. The company which completes balancing developments in right time is able to improve or stabilize its property increase also at hard times. To increase rentability it is necessary to emphasize not only the willingness for production but first of all the pay-off and the organization system. For the plant managers it is indispensable to build up and operate an overall information system. Rendering the plant organization more severe, objective measurement, increase in trading ability can insure the efficiency of the company.
