[The basic principles of breeding in fish culture]

In this paper the important attributes in fish breeding such as vitality, ability of growth, puissance of propagation and quality of flesh are discussed briefly. Furthermore two ways of field experiments generally used in animal breeding are described as follows: (1) Studying and collection of figures in the way of production in a special establishment. (2) Experiments in the research institutions. In addition an experimental model for trout is explained. The important characteristics of experiments like volume of eggs, mortality, quality in nutrition and flesh in gained trout are discussed separately
